      Dear Mr. Tao,

You put our shameful situation very well. Indeed it would be very funny were it not so tragic. We must be the laughing stock of the whole world.

These people do, indeed, deserve to be on their way to jail houses as agùntáṣọọlò eloquently put it in Buhari’s early days as President when some surrogates were flying kites of “soft-landing” for looters: something like, I did not queue for hours to vote so that people may get soft landing. And he added this: “No ifs, no buts, people must go to jail”; OR, to quote another usually quotable non-favorite of most Nigerians ;before Bode George was sentenced to Kirikiri: Bode, aṣọ ẹ̀wọ̀n a ma dara l’ọ́rùn e”! former President Obasanjo reportedly said on seeing the former embattled Ports chairman sighing aloud how befitting a prisoner’s uniform would sit on the one-time Military Governor of Ondo State which he left worse than he met it before becoming a member of Nigeria, Inc. through the PDP.

By the way, George did go to jail, no ifs, no buts – to quote agùntáṣọọlò, but the unflappable Obasanjo was at the Welcome-Home “thanksgiving” service at the Christ’s Church Cathedral on the Lagos Marina!

THAT is Nigeria’s sad story – a big sad story that is not funny

      My regards, Sir,
      TOLA.

Kogians should reject him at the Guber Polls. Bunch of shameless politicians even being proud to return reported “stolen” money if elected.

He and others like him, if found guilty, should be prison, not contesting elections to ruin their states further.

      Dear Fatai,

      How are you?

Incredible story that I had to read over twice to believe the words were not the reporter’s but those of Audu’s spokesperson.

Indeed they all belong in jail if found guilty.

      Sincere regards,
      TOLA.

This is interesting. I wish all the other governors will make their own confessions, also.
‘Oro pesi je’. Need I say more?

      Dear Mr. Ajasin,

      Thank you for your contribution.

Incredible confession to a crime MOST Nigerians have long realized.

Now, wouldn’t that be really something if they all come out to confess and before returning looted funds, beg millions of jobless youth, artisans, university graduates driving motorcycle taxis and others for forgiveness.

We all have long known how cruel these people are regardless of political party affiliations but for somebody to send his rep to spit those evil words in our faces is unconscionable.

Definitely, Oro ti p”esi je – Situation has reached bottoms in Nigeria.

      My regards, as always,
      TOLA.
