And at the moment in direct investor circles,there are huge question marks that the will to do that is there and a lingering suspicion, that the crackdown will end up being the detention of some highly placed individuals, a dance in the legal system, and a hope that, that is sufficient signal to investors that Nigeria is open for business.”
